Yahoo News using the word ‘baselessly’ is misleading. Not only is it misleading, it is wrong. A statement from Board of Supervisors Chairman admits an estimated 70 out of 223 voting centers were affected by an election day machine debacle. Though an earlier article in Yahoo News does admit that there was some malfunction (they first falsely said 23 centers were affected), this article has no admission or clarification that at least 30% of centers were actually impacted. Though it is not insinuated that every center was a Republican center, there are reports that confirm that a number of these centers were in largely conservative areas.
